The Ranch is conveniently located between Strawberry Reservoir-- considered to be one of the top-producing lake fisheries in the state-- and Starvation Reservoir, another excellent fishery. The Ranch is a 1-hour drive time I-40 from Heber Valley which is currently one of the fastest growing municipalities in the country. 100 ac/ ft of water included. Update: The Strawberry River is fishing well. This three-mile stretch had not been fished for decades and is now proving to be exceptional.
