Account & Data Deletion

Propaired (developer: Propaired, published on Google Play and the App Store as Propaired) lets you permanently delete your account and personal data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is deleted versus retained.

How to request deletion

If you can sign in:

Open Propaired (app or www.propaired.ai) and sign in.
Go to Account Settings → Danger Zone (clients can also use Privacy & Notifications → Data Controls).
Select Delete Account, confirm your password (if you signed up with email/password), and type DELETE to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone — there is no grace period, so download or copy anything you want to keep first.

If you can't sign in (lost access, deactivated device, etc.):

Email support@propaired.ai from the address on your account with the subject "Account Deletion Request." We verify your identity and complete the deletion on your behalf, typically within a few business days.

What gets deleted

Your name, email, phone number, and profile photo
Chat messages, saved searches, and search preferences
Realtor marketing content: bio, headline, tagline, testimonials, marketing site content, email/drip campaigns, contact lists
Client contact info, notes, and CRM records tied to your own account
Push notification tokens and device registrations
Your Stripe billing profile and saved payment methods
The link between your identity and any analytics/tracking history (the events themselves may be retained in de-identified form for aggregate product analytics)

What we retain, and why

MLS-sourced listing and agent data — license number, brokerage, office, and transaction/sales history synced from the MLS. This data was never provided by you, so it is not deleted; it continues to exist independently in our MLS data pipeline the same way it did before you had a Propaired account.
Transaction records (property transactions you were party to) — retained for legal and real-estate regulatory recordkeeping requirements, with your name replaced by "Deleted User." The transaction history itself is not erased, only your identity on it.

No additional retention period applies beyond what's described above — deletion of your personal data is immediate.
