Propaired AI, Inc. ("Propaired," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Propaired platform at propaired.ai and associated subdomains. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding your information.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Ever.

1. Anonymous Browsing

You may browse property listings on propaired.ai without creating an account and without any personally identifiable data being collected. Anonymous visitors receive only essential session cookies required for the site to function. No advertising pixels, behavioral tracking profiles, or third-party data brokers are involved.

2. What Data We Collect

2.1 Account Information

When you create an account, we collect:

• Email address and hashed password
• Name and professional title (optional)
• Phone number (optional, for realtors)
• Profile photo (optional, for realtors)

2.2 Professional Profile Data (Realtors)

Realtors who build a public profile may provide:

• Utah real estate license number (used for MLS verification)
• Brokerage name and contact information
• Biography, specialties, languages, and service areas
• Profile photos and branding materials

This information is displayed publicly on your profile page at [slug].propaired.ai.

2.3 Client Records (CRM)

Realtors may store client contact records within the platform. This data belongs to the realtor — see Section 6 (Realtor Data Ownership).

2.4 Property Search Activity

When you search for properties (authenticated users only), we log:

• Search queries and filters used
• Listings viewed or saved
• Time and device type

This data is used to personalize AI recommendations and improve the platform. It is never shared with other users, sold to advertisers, or provided to third-party data brokers.

2.5 Analytics and Performance Data

We collect anonymized, aggregated usage metrics including:

• Page views and feature usage counts (no user-level attribution)
• Performance metrics (page load times, error rates)
• Device type and browser (aggregated, not linked to identity)

We do not use advertising pixels (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager remarketing, etc.).

2.6 MLS Property Data

We license MLS property listing data from utahrealestate.com under a data licensing agreement. This data is used to power property search features. We do not own this data and it is subject to MLS licensing restrictions (see Section 8).

3. How We Use Your Data

We never use your data to train third-party AI models. AI features within Propaired use your data only to generate outputs for your own use (e.g., personalized emails), not to improve models for others.

4. Client–Realtor Data Sharing

When a consumer creates an account and connects with a realtor on Propaired:

• Explicit consent is required before any personal information is shared with a realtor.
• Consumers may revoke this permission at any time from their account settings.
• Upon revocation, the realtor loses access to any shared data within 24 hours.
• Realtors may not share or export consumer data outside of the platform without the consumer's consent.

Client data in a realtor's CRM was entered by the realtor (not shared by the consumer) and is governed by Section 6 (Realtor Data Ownership).

5. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Propaired does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, including:

• Advertising networks
• Data brokers
• Lead generation companies
• Other realtors or brokerages
• Marketing list vendors

This applies to all users — consumers and realtors alike.

6. Realtor Data Ownership

Realtors who use Propaired's CRM features own all client records they create. Specifically:

• Client contact data is never shared with other realtors on the platform.
• We do not use CRM data to recommend clients to competing agents.
• Realtors may export all their client data at any time in CSV/JSON format from Account Settings → Data Export.
• If a realtor cancels their account, we provide a 30-day window to export data before deletion.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

We share limited data with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the platform:

All providers are contractually bound to process data only for the specified purpose and to maintain appropriate security. We do not use providers for advertising purposes.

8. MLS Data Licensing

Property listing data is licensed from utahrealestate.com (the Wasatch Front Regional MLS). This data is subject to the following restrictions:

• MLS data may only be used for personal property search purposes within the Propaired platform.
• Users may not extract, copy, redistribute, or use MLS data for commercial purposes outside the platform.
• MLS data is refreshed periodically; listing accuracy is not guaranteed.
• Propaired is not responsible for errors or omissions in MLS data sourced from the listing broker.

All property listings displayed on Propaired are attributed to their respective listing brokers per MLS requirements.

9. Cookies and Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies:

We do not use third-party advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or behavioral retargeting cookies.

You may clear cookies through your browser settings. Clearing session cookies will log you out.

11. Your GDPR Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, you have the following rights:

1. Right of Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
2. Right to Erasure ("Right to Be Forgotten") — Request deletion of your account and associated personal data.
3. Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate data.
4. Right to Data Portability — Receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).
5. Right to Object — Object to processing based on legitimate interest (e.g., analytics).
6. Right to Restriction — Request that we restrict processing while a dispute is resolved.
7. Right to Withdraw Consent — Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@propaired.ai. We will respond within 30 days. For erasure requests, data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects based solely on your data.

12. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures:

• All data transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.2+
• Passwords hashed with bcrypt (never stored in plaintext)
• Database access controlled by row-level security policies
• API keys and secrets managed via environment variables (never in source code)
• Regular security audits

Despite these measures, no internet transmission is 100% secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at security@propaired.ai.

13. Children's Privacy

Propaired is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we learn we have inadvertently collected such data, we will delete it promptly.

14. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Material changes will be:

• Announced via email to registered users at least 14 days before taking effect.
• Posted with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
